Founded in Tampa, Florida in 2026, Marin & Miranda Next Chapter Home Investments was built on a simple idea: a house is never finished. With care, every home can begin again, and so can the people who lived in it.

We act in good faith, follow Florida's real-estate, fair housing, and landlord-tenant laws, and are open about our role: we buy and sell homes for our own company. We are not licensed brokers or agents, and we work alongside licensed professionals whenever a deal calls for one.
